Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Render, AI: Perplexity, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Render and AI: Perplexity integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Render and AI: Perplexity (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Render and AI: Perplexity

Render + Slack: When a Render deployment fails, a message is sent to a specified Slack channel to notify the team. The error logs are not summarized by Perplexity in this use case, as there is no direct integration with Perplexity.

Google Sheets + Render: New rows added to a Google Sheet trigger a Render deployment. Perplexity research is not directly integrated into the workflow due to lack of Perplexity triggers/actions; the sheet must be manually populated with Perplexity-derived insights.
