Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Render, Bouncer, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Render and Bouncer integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Render and Bouncer (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Render and Bouncer

Render + Slack + Bouncer: When a Render deployment fails, a Slack message is sent to a designated channel. Bouncer then verifies the user's access to the Render service to ensure proper authorization.

Render + Notion + Bouncer: When a Render deployment occurs, information about the deployment is logged in a Notion database. Bouncer checks for any potential security threats based on user access and logs these as well, providing a combined deployment and security history.
