Create a New Scenario to Connect Render and Delighted
In the workspace, click the βCreate New Scenarioβ button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Render, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Render or Delighted will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Render or Delighted, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Now, click the Delighted node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your Delighted settings. Authentication allows you to use Delighted through Latenode.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Render, Delighted, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Render and Delighted integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Render and Delighted (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Render + Delighted + Slack: When a new feature is deployed on Render, a survey is sent via Delighted to gather feedback. The deployment status is then posted to a designated Slack channel for team awareness.
Delighted + Jira + Render: When negative feedback is received in Delighted, a bug ticket is automatically created in Jira. Upon creation of the Jira ticket, a redeployment is triggered on Render to address the reported issue.
