How to connect Render and Enrich Layer

Create a New Scenario to Connect Render and Enrich Layer

In the workspace, click the β€œCreate New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step

Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Render, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Render or Enrich Layer will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Render or Enrich Layer, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Add the Render Node

Select the Render node from the app selection panel on the right.

Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Render, Enrich Layer, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Render and Enrich Layer integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Render and Enrich Layer (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Render and Enrich Layer

Render + Enrich Layer + Slack: When a new deployment is triggered in Render, enrich the deploy information with company data from Enrich Layer, and then send a message to a Slack channel with the enriched details.

Render + Enrich Layer + Google Sheets: When a new deployment is triggered in Render, retrieve deployment details, enrich this data with location data from Enrich Layer and then log it to a Google Sheet.
