Google Forms + Render + Slack: When a new form response is submitted in Google Forms, it triggers a deployment in Render. Slack then sends a message to a public channel notifying the team about the new deployment.
Google Forms + Google Sheets + Slack: When a new form response is received in Google Forms, the data is added as a new row in Google Sheets. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to alert the team about the new submission.
