Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Render, Livestorm, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Render and Livestorm integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Render and Livestorm (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Render and Livestorm
Livestorm + Slack + Render: When a Livestorm session ends, a Slack message is sent to a designated channel. If the session topic contains specific keywords, it triggers a new deployment on Render, notifying the channel upon completion.
Livestorm + Render + Google Sheets: When a new registrant attends a Livestorm webinar and Render deploys a new service, their information and the Render deployment status are recorded in a Google Sheet for performance tracking and analysis.
