Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Render, Missive, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Render and Missive integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Render and Missive (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Render and Missive

Render + Missive + Slack: When a new deploy occurs in Render, a message is sent to a dedicated Missive inbox to track deployment issues. A Slack notification is then sent to the team to alert them of the deployment.

Missive + Render + Google Sheets: Track support conversations in Missive related to Render deployments. When a new post is created in Missive, search Render for relevant deployment information and log key metrics from both apps into a Google Sheet for analysis.
