After configuring Render, Process Street, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Render and Process Street integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Render and Process Street (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Render + Process Street + Slack: When a Render deployment fails (Retrieve Deploy identifies a failed status), a new Process Street checklist is created to guide troubleshooting steps. A Slack message then notifies the team in a designated channel about the deployment failure and the created checklist.
Process Street + Render + Google Sheets: When a specific task is completed in a Process Street workflow, it triggers the recording of Render deployment data into a Google Sheet. Specifically, when a task (Task Ready) is completed, it can trigger the Render/Actions/Retrieve Deploy action to get the most current deploy time which gets written into the Google Sheet (Add Single Row) for audit trail and tracking purposes.
