Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Replicate, Discourse, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Replicate and Discourse integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Replicate and Discourse (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Replicate and Discourse

Discourse + Replicate + Slack: When a new post is created in Discourse, an AI-generated image is created using Replicate based on the post content. This image, along with a link to the Discourse post, is then sent to a specified Slack channel.

Discourse + OpenAI GPT Assistants + Replicate: When a new topic is created in Discourse, the OpenAI GPT Assistant summarizes the content of the thread. The summarized content is then used to generate an image using Replicate. This image is then posted as a new post to the original thread in Discourse.
