Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Replicate, Harvest, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Replicate and Harvest integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Replicate and Harvest (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Replicate and Harvest

Replicate + Slack + Harvest: When a new image is created in Replicate, a summary of the project is posted to a designated Slack channel. This also triggers the start of a timer in Harvest to track the time spent on the project.

Harvest + Replicate + Google Sheets: When a new time entry is created in Harvest related to a Replicate project, the time entry details, project name, and associated Replicate project details (if available via search) are logged in a Google Sheet for tracking and analysis.
