Create a New Scenario to Connect Replicate and Microsoft SharePoint Online

Add the First Step
Add the first node โ a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Replicate, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). To do this, click "Choose an app," find Replicate or Microsoft SharePoint Online, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Click on the Replicate node to configure it. You can modify the Replicate URL and choose between DEV and PROD versions. You can also copy it for use in further automations.

Next, click the plus (+) icon on the Replicate node, select Microsoft SharePoint Online from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within Microsoft SharePoint Online.

Now, click the Microsoft SharePoint Online node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your Microsoft SharePoint Online settings. Authentication allows you to use Microsoft SharePoint Online through Latenode.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Replicate, Microsoft SharePoint Online, and any additional nodes, donโt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the Replicate and Microsoft SharePoint Online integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Replicate and Microsoft SharePoint Online (or vice versa). Google Drive + Replicate + Google Drive: When a new file is created in Google Drive, an AI image is generated by Replicate based on its content (assuming the file is text-based and contains themes that can be used as prompts). The generated image is then saved to a specific folder in Google Drive.
