RingCentral + Avaza + Slack: When a missed call is detected in RingCentral, a new task is created in Avaza to follow up on the missed call. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the team about the missed call and the created task.
Avaza + RingCentral + Google Calendar: When a new task is created in Avaza for a project, a RingCentral call is scheduled to discuss the task details. This call is also added as an event to Google Calendar to ensure it's properly tracked and reminders are sent.
