Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring RingCentral, Bitbucket, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the RingCentral and Bitbucket integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and Bitbucket (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RingCentral and Bitbucket

RingCentral + Bitbucket + Jira: When a RingCentral call is missed, a new issue is created in Bitbucket, and then a corresponding issue is created in Jira to track the bug resolution.

Bitbucket + RingCentral + Slack: When a new commit is made to a Bitbucket repository, the workflow checks if the commit introduces errors. If errors are found, a RingCentral call is initiated to the developer, and a warning message is posted to a designated Slack channel.
