Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring RingCentral, Chatwork, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the RingCentral and Chatwork integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and Chatwork (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RingCentral and Chatwork

RingCentral + Google Sheets + Chatwork: When a call ends in RingCentral, the call details are logged in a Google Sheet. A summary of the call is then posted to a designated Chatwork room for team review.

Chatwork + Jira + RingCentral: When a message is sent to a Chatwork room, it will trigger a Jira ticket creation for critical issues. After the ticket is created, a RingCentral call is initiated for an immediate response.
