Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and Database (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
RingCentral + Database + Slack: When a new missed call is received in RingCentral, the details are logged to a database. Subsequently, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the team about the missed call.
Database + RingCentral + Pipedrive: Upon creation of a new entry in the database, a RingCentral call is initiated using the phone number from the database record. Simultaneously, a new contact is created in Pipedrive using the database entry's information.
