Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring RingCentral, Google Meet, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the RingCentral and Google Meet integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and Google Meet (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RingCentral and Google Meet

RingCentral + Google Meet + Google Calendar: When a RingCentral call ends, schedule a Google Meet call. The details of this scheduled meeting are then added as an event to Google Calendar.

Google Meet + RingCentral + Slack: When a Google Meet call starts, use RingCentral to potentially retrieve user details (though specific user retrieval actions are absent, a notification is still sent). Finally, send a Slack notification to a channel.
