Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring RingCentral, Jibble, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the RingCentral and Jibble integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and Jibble (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RingCentral and Jibble

RingCentral + Jibble + Google Sheets: When a RingCentral call ends, the call data and the corresponding employee's time entry from Jibble are logged into a Google Sheet for detailed project time tracking and reporting.

Jibble + RingCentral + Slack: When an employee clocks in or out using Jibble, a notification is sent to managers in Slack. This event can then trigger an automated RingCentral call to a predefined number.
