Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and Mailjet (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
RingCentral + Mailjet + Slack: When a call is missed in RingCentral, an email follow-up is sent via Mailjet using a pre-designed template, and a Slack notification alerts the sales team in a designated channel.
Mailjet + RingCentral + Google Sheets: When a new email event occurs in Mailjet (e.g., send, open, click), the data is added as a new row to a Google Sheet. Subsequently, RingCentral generates a RingOut call to a specific phone number (e.g., sales lead) based on the data from the new row.
