Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring RingCentral, Mailjet, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the RingCentral and Mailjet integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and Mailjet (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RingCentral and Mailjet

RingCentral + Mailjet + Slack: When a call is missed in RingCentral, an email follow-up is sent via Mailjet using a pre-designed template, and a Slack notification alerts the sales team in a designated channel.

Mailjet + RingCentral + Google Sheets: When a new email event occurs in Mailjet (e.g., send, open, click), the data is added as a new row to a Google Sheet. Subsequently, RingCentral generates a RingOut call to a specific phone number (e.g., sales lead) based on the data from the new row.
