RingCentral + Microsoft SharePoint Online + Microsoft Teams: When a new call recording is available in RingCentral, it's uploaded to a designated folder in SharePoint. A message is then sent to a Microsoft Teams channel, notifying members about the new recording and providing a link to the file in SharePoint.
RingCentral + Microsoft SharePoint Online + Microsoft Outlook: When a new call recording is available in RingCentral, its transcript is saved to SharePoint. Afterwards, an email containing a summary of the call (using the transcript as the base) is sent to specified stakeholders via Outlook.
