Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the RingCentral and MongoDB integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and MongoDB (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
RingCentral + MongoDB + Slack: When a new call ends in RingCentral, the call data is inserted into MongoDB. A summary of the call is then posted to a specified Slack channel for team review.
RingCentral + MongoDB + Google Sheets: When a new call ends in RingCentral, track specific call metrics by inserting the call data into MongoDB. This data is then used to update call reports in Google Sheets, and a RingCentral SMS alert is sent.
