Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring RingCentral, NocoDB, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the RingCentral and NocoDB integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and NocoDB (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RingCentral and NocoDB

RingCentral + NocoDB + Slack: When a new missed call occurs in RingCentral, the details are logged as a new record in NocoDB. A summary of the missed call is then sent to a designated Slack channel.

NocoDB + RingCentral + Airtable: A new record created in NocoDB triggers the sending of an SMS message via RingCentral. The details of both the NocoDB record and the sent SMS are then updated in an Airtable record for reporting purposes.
