Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and Pipefy (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RingCentral and Pipefy

RingCentral + Pipefy + Google Sheets: When a new call ends in RingCentral, a new card is created in Pipefy to track the call details. The details of the call and the Pipefy card are then added to a Google Sheet for reporting purposes.

Pipefy + RingCentral + Slack: When a card is moved to a specific stage in Pipefy, the assigned person is called via RingCentral. After the call, a summary of the Pipefy card details and call outcome is sent to a Slack channel.
