Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring RingCentral, Podio, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the RingCentral and Podio integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and Podio (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RingCentral and Podio

RingCentral + Podio + Slack: When a new missed call is received in RingCentral, a task is created in Podio to follow up on the call. A message is then sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the team about the new task.

Podio + RingCentral + Google Calendar: When a new item is added to a Podio app, a RingOut call is generated to contact the item creator, and a follow-up reminder event is added to Google Calendar.
