Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring RingCentral, Userback, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the RingCentral and Userback integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RingCentral and Userback

RingCentral + Userback + Slack: When a new missed call is detected in RingCentral, a feedback request is automatically created in Userback. Subsequently, a notification is sent to a manager in Slack informing them of the missed call and the feedback request.

Userback + RingCentral + Zendesk: When negative feedback is received in Userback (indicated by specific keywords or a low rating), a RingCentral call is initiated to the user for immediate follow-up. In parallel, a Zendesk ticket is created to track the issue and resolution process.
