Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Salesforce, Caspio, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Salesforce and Caspio integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Salesforce and Caspio (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Salesforce and Caspio

Salesforce + Caspio + Slack: When a new lead is created in Salesforce, the details are added as a new record in a Caspio table. A notification is then sent via Slack to the sales team about the new lead.

Caspio + Salesforce + Google Sheets: When a new record is created in a Caspio view, it triggers the creation of a new lead in Salesforce. The details of the lead, including data from Caspio, are then logged as a new row in Google Sheets.
