Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Salesforce, Chatwork, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Salesforce and Chatwork integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Salesforce and Chatwork (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Salesforce and Chatwork

Salesforce + Google Sheets + Chatwork: When a new lead is created in Salesforce, its details are added to a Google Sheet. Then, a notification is sent to a Chatwork room to alert the team.

Chatwork + Salesforce + Zoom: When a specific message is received in a Chatwork room indicating a demo request, a lead is created in Salesforce. A Zoom meeting is then scheduled and added to the Salesforce lead.
