Create a New Scenario to Connect Salesforce and Chatwork
In the workspace, click the โCreate New Scenarioโ button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node โ a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Salesforce, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Salesforce or Chatwork will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Salesforce or Chatwork, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.
Add the Salesforce Node
Select the Salesforce node from the app selection panel on the right.

Configure the Salesforce
Click on the Salesforce node to configure it. You can modify the Salesforce URL and choose between DEV and PROD versions. You can also copy it for use in further automations.
Add the Chatwork Node
Next, click the plus (+) icon on the Salesforce node, select Chatwork from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within Chatwork.

Authenticate Chatwork
Now, click the Chatwork node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your Chatwork settings. Authentication allows you to use Chatwork through Latenode.

Next, configure the nodes by filling in the required parameters according to your logic. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Salesforce, Chatwork, and any additional nodes, donโt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the Salesforce and Chatwork integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Salesforce and Chatwork (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Salesforce + Google Sheets + Chatwork: When a new lead is created in Salesforce, its details are added to a Google Sheet. Then, a notification is sent to a Chatwork room to alert the team.
Chatwork + Salesforce + Zoom: When a specific message is received in a Chatwork room indicating a demo request, a lead is created in Salesforce. A Zoom meeting is then scheduled and added to the Salesforce lead.
