Most powerful ways to connect Salesforce and Delighted

Delighted + Salesforce + Slack: When a new response is received in Delighted, the flow checks if the response is below a specific satisfaction threshold. If it is, the flow retrieves the customer's details from Salesforce and sends a message to a designated Slack channel, alerting the sales team for immediate follow-up.

Delighted + Salesforce + Zendesk: When a new response is received in Delighted, and the response indicates negative feedback, the flow retrieves corresponding contact details from Salesforce using the respondent's email. It then creates a new ticket in Zendesk, including the feedback and Salesforce contact information for quicker issue resolution.
