Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Salesforce and LlamaCloud integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Salesforce and LlamaCloud (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Salesforce and LlamaCloud

Salesforce + LlamaCloud + Slack: When a new record is created in Salesforce, LlamaCloud analyzes the record's text fields to determine customer sentiment. Based on the sentiment score, a Slack message is sent to a designated channel to alert relevant teams of potentially positive or negative customer interactions.

LlamaCloud + Salesforce + Google Sheets: After LlamaCloud parses call transcripts, the sentiment is logged in Salesforce as a new record. The record data, including the sentiment score, is then tracked in Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
