Depending on your setup, data should flow between Salesforce and Okta (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Salesforce and Okta

Okta + Salesforce + Slack: When a new user is created in Okta, a corresponding lead is created in Salesforce. Then, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the team about the new user and their Salesforce lead.

Okta + Salesforce + Google Sheets: When a new user event occurs in Okta (provisioning or deprovisioning), the event details, including user information, are logged as a new row in a Google Sheet. Simultaneously, a record is created or updated in Salesforce to reflect the user's status.
