Depending on your setup, data should flow between Salesforce and ReachInbox (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Salesforce and ReachInbox

ReachInbox + Salesforce + Slack: When a lead is updated in ReachInbox, this automation finds the corresponding lead in Salesforce and updates the record. Finally, a message is sent to a Slack channel to notify the sales team.

ReachInbox + Salesforce + Google Sheets: This flow retrieves outreach stats from ReachInbox using lead details and corresponding data from Salesforce by querying for the lead. Then, this information is added as a new row to a Google Sheet for reporting purposes.
