Depending on your setup, data should flow between Salesmate and Fibery (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Salesmate and Fibery

Salesmate + Fibery + Slack: When a deal is closed in Salesmate, a corresponding task is automatically created in Fibery to handle post-deal activities. A Slack notification is sent to the designated team channel to inform them of the new task and its details.

Fibery + Salesmate + Google Sheets: When a new feature request is created or updated in Fibery, the automation checks if the request is associated with a Salesmate account. If it is, relevant details from both the Fibery request and the Salesmate account are logged into a Google Sheets spreadsheet for tracking and analysis.
