Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Salesmate, Userback, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Salesmate and Userback integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Salesmate and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Salesmate and Userback

Salesmate + Userback + Slack: When a deal is marked as won in Salesmate, a customer satisfaction survey is sent via Userback. The sales team is then notified in Slack about the completed deal and the survey that was sent.

Userback + Salesmate + Jira: When negative feedback is received in Userback, a bug report is created in Jira. The customer's record in Salesmate is then updated to reflect the feedback.
