Most powerful ways to connect Salesmate and Zendesk

Salesmate + Zendesk + Slack: When a deal is closed in Salesmate, a new ticket is created in Zendesk to track any customer service requests related to the deal. A message is then sent to a Slack channel notifying the support team of the new ticket.

Zendesk + Salesmate + Google Sheets: When a ticket is updated in Zendesk, the workflow searches for related customer information in Salesmate using the ticket requester's email. The Zendesk ticket details and Salesmate customer information are then added to a new row in Google Sheets.
