Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Scoro, Airtable, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Scoro and Airtable integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Scoro and Airtable (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Scoro and Airtable

Scoro + Airtable + Slack: When a new project is created in Scoro, a new record is created in Airtable to track its progress. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the project team.

Airtable + Scoro + Google Calendar: When a record is updated in Airtable, specifically related to a project timeline, the corresponding project in Scoro is updated. Key deadlines from Airtable are then synced as events to a Google Calendar.
