Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Scoro and Dropbox integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Scoro and Dropbox (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Scoro and Dropbox

Scoro + Dropbox + Slack: When a project is marked as completed in Scoro, the relevant project files are archived in a designated Dropbox folder. A notification is then sent to the project team's Slack channel, informing them of the successful archiving.

Dropbox + Scoro + Google Drive: When a new client contract is uploaded to a specific Dropbox folder, the automation creates a corresponding project in Scoro and links the contract to it. The contract file is then backed up in Google Drive for redundancy.
