Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Scoro, Jibble, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Scoro and Jibble integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Scoro and Jibble (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Scoro and Jibble

Jibble + Scoro + Slack: When a new time entry is recorded in Jibble, this automation checks if the time tracked for a specific project exceeds the budget set in Scoro. If the budget is exceeded, a notification is sent to the project manager in Slack.

Jibble + Scoro + Google Sheets: This flow automatically exports time entries from Jibble and project data from Scoro to a Google Sheet. It can be used for generating detailed reports on project time tracking versus planned budgets.
