Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Scoro and PagerDuty integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Scoro and PagerDuty (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Scoro and PagerDuty

Scoro + PagerDuty + Slack: When a new or updated task in Scoro is marked as significantly delayed, an incident is triggered in PagerDuty. The PagerDuty incident details, including the task name and delay description, are then sent to a designated Slack channel for team awareness.

PagerDuty + Scoro + Microsoft Teams: When a PagerDuty incident is resolved, the related task in Scoro is updated to reflect the resolution. A summary of the resolution, including details from both PagerDuty and Scoro, is then posted to a designated Microsoft Teams channel.
