Depending on your setup, data should flow between Scoro and RingCentral (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Scoro and RingCentral

RingCentral + Scoro + Slack: When a new missed call is registered in RingCentral, a task is created in Scoro to follow up. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the team about the new task.

Scoro + RingCentral + Google Calendar: When a new or updated task is created in Scoro, it triggers the scheduling of a RingCentral call. The details of the scheduled call are then automatically added as an event to Google Calendar.
