Depending on your setup, data should flow between Sendgrid and Bitbucket (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Sendgrid + Bitbucket + Slack: When a global suppression (bounce, spam report, etc.) is added in Sendgrid, find the corresponding Bitbucket commit (assuming the suppression reason is related to a code commit notification) and post a message to a Slack channel to alert the team.
Bitbucket + Jira + Sendgrid: When a new commit is made in Bitbucket, create a corresponding issue in Jira and then send an email notification via Sendgrid to stakeholders, summarizing the commit details and linking to the Jira issue for tracking.
