Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Sendgrid and ClickUp integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Sendgrid and ClickUp (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Sendgrid and ClickUp

ClickUp + Sendgrid + Google Sheets: When a task is updated in ClickUp, the flow retrieves the task details and updates a Google Sheet with information like task name, status, and due date. Then Sendgrid sends an email to stakeholders with a summary of the task update.

ClickUp + Sendgrid + Slack: When a new task is created in ClickUp, Sendgrid sends a customized email to the assigned team member. After the email is sent, Slack notifies a specific channel about the newly created task with relevant details.
