Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Sendgrid, NocoDB, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Sendgrid and NocoDB integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Sendgrid and NocoDB (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Sendgrid and NocoDB

Sendgrid + NocoDB + Slack: Monitors Sendgrid campaign statistics. When the number of emails sent (tracked in NocoDB) matches a goal set in a NocoDB table, a notification is sent to a dedicated Slack channel with updated campaign performance.

NocoDB + Sendgrid + Airtable: When a new lead is added to a NocoDB table, Sendgrid sends them a welcome email. The lead's information is then added as a new record to an Airtable base.
