Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Sendgrid, Userback, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Sendgrid and Userback integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Sendgrid and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Sendgrid and Userback

Userback + Sendgrid + Slack: When new feedback is created in Userback, the workflow checks if the feedback contains keywords related to email issues. If keywords are found, a Slack message is sent to a designated channel to alert the team.

Userback + Sendgrid + Google Sheets: When new feedback is created in Userback, extract the feedback details and create a summary email using Sendgrid. This summary, along with key feedback data, will also be logged into a Google Sheet.
