Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Sendgrid and Zendesk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Sendgrid and Zendesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Sendgrid + Zendesk + Slack: When a customer replies to a Sendgrid email, check if the content indicates a negative sentiment. If so, create a Zendesk ticket and send a Slack message to the support team to investigate.
Zendesk + Sendgrid + Google Sheets: When a Zendesk ticket is resolved, send a customer satisfaction survey via Sendgrid. Then, log the survey results in a Google Sheet.
