Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Serper and LiveChat integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Serper and LiveChat (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Serper and LiveChat

LiveChat + Serper + Slack: When a new chat comes in, Serper searches for relevant information based on the user's question. The search results are then sent to a Slack channel for agent review before responding to the user.

LiveChat + Serper + Google Sheets: When a chat is deactivated, the chat details are added to a Google Sheet. If the chat is unresolved, Serper searches for related issues and adds the results as a comment to the corresponding row in the Google Sheet.
