Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Shippo, Bitbucket, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Shippo and Bitbucket integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Shippo and Bitbucket (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Shippo and Bitbucket

Bitbucket + Shippo + Slack: When a new tag (release) is created in Bitbucket, this automation will automatically create an order in Shippo for branded stickers and then notify the team in a Slack channel about the new release and the sticker order.

Bitbucket + Jira + Shippo: When a new commit is added to a Bitbucket repository, a comment is added to the corresponding Jira issue. When the Jira issue is transitioned to a 'Live in Production' status, a celebratory gift is ordered via Shippo.
