Depending on your setup, data should flow between Shippo and Box (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Shippo + Box + Google Sheets: When a new shipping label is generated in Shippo, the workflow saves a copy of the label to a designated folder in Box, then logs the shipment details (tracking number, recipient address, etc.) into a Google Sheet for record-keeping.
Shippo + Box + Slack: When a new shipping label is generated in Shippo, the workflow checks if an exception is triggered. If a shipping exception occurs, the workflow saves the exception report to a designated folder in Box and notifies the support team via a specific Slack channel to investigate the issue.
