Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Shippo, Deepgram, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Shippo and Deepgram integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Shippo and Deepgram (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Shippo and Deepgram

Shippo + Deepgram + Slack: When a new shipping label is created in Shippo, Deepgram transcribes audio from a URL (presumably a customer service call related to that label). Slack then posts a message to a channel summarizing the transcribed audio to alert the team about potential shipping issues.

Deepgram + Shippo + Zendesk: Deepgram transcribes a prerecorded audio file from a URL. If the transcription indicates shipping problems (using keywords), a Zendesk ticket is created, and Shippo is used to find the order for attaching it to the ticket.
