After configuring Shippo, Docusign, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Shippo and Docusign integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Shippo and Docusign (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Shippo and Docusign

Docusign + Google Sheets + Shippo: When a Docusign envelope is updated to a specific status (e.g., completed), download the signed document and add a new row to a Google Sheet, including the document URL and relevant envelope data. Then use Shippo to create an order.

Docusign + Shippo + Slack: When a Docusign envelope's status is updated, this triggers Shippo to find an order. Then, send a Slack message to a designated channel, notifying the shipping department that product shipment is required, including relevant details from the Docusign envelope and Shippo order.
