Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Shippo and DonationAlerts integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Shippo and DonationAlerts (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Shippo and DonationAlerts

DonationAlerts + Google Sheets + Shippo: When a new donation alert is received in DonationAlerts, the donor's information and donation amount are added to a Google Sheet. If the donation amount exceeds a certain threshold, an order is automatically created in Shippo to send a thank-you gift.

DonationAlerts + Shippo + Slack: When a new donation alert is received in DonationAlerts, the workflow checks if the donation reaches a predefined milestone. If a milestone is reached, Shippo is used to create a shipping label for a thank-you gift, and a message is sent to a Slack channel announcing the milestone and the gift being sent.
