Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Shippo, Jibble, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Shippo and Jibble integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Shippo and Jibble (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Shippo and Jibble

Jibble + Shippo + Google Sheets: When employees clock in or out of Jibble, and the task is related to shipping, the workflow creates an order in Shippo. The shipping costs associated with that order, along with the employee's time, are then logged in Google Sheets for cost analysis.

Jibble + Shippo + QuickBooks: When an employee clocks in or out on a shipping-related task in Jibble, a new order is created in Shippo. Then the relevant data (time spent and shipping info) is used to create an invoice in QuickBooks.
